Having worked as a Sports Lecturer & Sports Coach in a variety of settings for over 25 years, I am dedicated to providing sporting and physical activity opportunities for all age groups and abilities through my role as School Games Organiser, Barclays Girls Football Lead, Bikeability Instructor as well as leading the fantastic coaching staff working on behalf of the School Sports Partnership here at Harris.

Debbie has worked for Harris CofE Academy School Sports Partnership since 2006 and is the main point of contact for SSP enquiries. As well as many other organisational roles Debbie organises our coaching timetable, so please contact Debbie if you have any coaching requirements.

 

Neil Huddlestone:

Neil is our Head Community Coach and Bikeability instructor. Neil is also a lead deliverer for competitions and festivals as well as heading up a variety of other projects relating to The School Games.

 

Community Coaches:

We have a wealth of highly qualified sports coaches who deliver within our partner schools. We have a number of community coaches who are able to deliver a variety of sports and activities. We also have a number of specialist sport coaches who are experts in their field and are able to deliver extremely high quality sessions in their key area.

 

As an SSP we can deliver the following sports and activities as curriculum PE or extracurricular sport: multiskills, fundamentals of movement, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness programme), infant agility, athletics, target games (tri golf, boccia, new age kurling), football, futsal, tag rugby, tennis, net/wall games (badminton, tennis), striking/fielding games, invasion games, kwik cricket, netball, quicksticks hockey, outdoor & adventurous activities (OAA), kickboxing, tae kwon do, educational dance, streetdance, cheerleading, dance fitness, gymnastics, basketball, rounders, dodgeball, disc-golf, ultimate Frisbee, streetsurf, handball, volleyball, boxing fitness, table tennis, yoga and cardio tennis.
