We are excited to be delivering our new 11+ tuition programme here at Harris during school holidays for children aged 8 – 11 years old. The programme will run on 3 consecutive days and for 3 hours per day on the first 2 days and 4 hours on the final day.

Delivered by a qualified primary school teacher we will be teaching the ‘Centre for Evaluation & Monitoring (CEM)’ framework of verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning and maths. CEM are the examining body for the 11+ tests in Warwickshire.

During this programme your child will work with an experienced teacher across the 3 key areas as above. As well as learning content, they will learn important 11+ exam techniques and will complete practice papers. With a maximum group size of 7, children will be able to progress quickly whilst working at their own pace and identifying their own areas of strength and areas for development.

We will run multiple programmes across the academic year, so your child will be able to attend future courses and pick up where they left of if further tuition is required. As well as receiving excellent, relevant tuition from our qualified primary school teacher your child will also receive 3 fantastic study books (verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning and maths) complete with parents’ guide, online resources and a practice paper, so that they may continue their practice at home.

Courses will run during all school holidays, so please check the booking forms for specific dates and timings. However, courses will run across 3 consecutive days in a week from 10am - 1pm on days 1 and 2 and from 9.30am - 1.30pm on day 3. There are also wrap-around care options with our exciting multisport holiday club as above. Courses will be classroom based but will also include elements of Active and Creative Learning.

Course cost = £250 per child (to include 3 x study books).

Course Details:

• 2 days = 10am – 1pm, and 1 day = 9.30am – 1.30pm.
• Teaching will be classroom based but will also include elements of Active and Creative Learning, so as well as bringing stationery please make sure that your child has appropriate clothing for learning outside.
• Please ensure that your child has a packed lunch and plenty of water to last the day.
• Course cost = £250 per child per course (to include 3 x study books).
• Wrap-around holiday club options available.
